Boutique Buying Service Fees
An initial retainer fee of £2000 + VAT is payable on instruction and deducted from the final fee. The success fee is payable once we have secured the right property for you.

All fees are exclusive of VAT
Boutique Rental Service Fees
Whether you’re looking for a short term or long-term rental property, we unearth the finest properties for you. We negotiate the very best rental terms to suit you and oversee your move or relocation.
An initial retainer fee is payable on instruction and deducted from the final fee. The success fee is payable once the tenancy agreement is signed.
Success Fee equivalent to one month’s rent (Minimum fee applies)

On your arrival in London, we will arrange pet care and pampering, private yoga sessions, and access to exclusive clubs so that you have everything you need to settle in comfortably and focus on enjoying your new neighbourhood.
